Lose credits when reinstall CK2 In the same device

I am purchase around to US$ 120 in Glu credits to play Ck2, My Galaxy S3 had an issue, and I had to do a factory default, after this, I'm reinstall CK2. Register again in Play Store and facebook through the game, but all my credits was lost!!, What do I for my credits recover?
I am already sent an email to support but I don't have a response yet.

    Same thing happened to me but Glu customer support said i was out of luck.
