Give back my progress or give back my money!!!

I've saved my games in Cloud Server, when I want to load it, it won't loaded to my previous saved games! I already in Level 12, but it only load from level 2! My progress & Glu Credit i've purchased to buy weapons & featured packs ($19.99 & $9.99) was gone!!! I feel being robbed!!! Restore my game progress & purchases!!! Or give back my money!!! I wan't fast response A.S.A.P.!
