Did not receive paid for credits, why?

I paid for credits to upgrade my gun, even to buy cross bow, it was successful. I go back to get my purchases, nothing, still show negative 10..what gives?

Me too.. I have paid 4.99us$ in order to purchase (100 Credits) but unfortunately I got nothing in return…! *

Same thing happened to me. Google play needs to remove that company on the apps because they are stealing people's money. No one ever answered emails.

No customer care. Some one can't get credit glu and some one as me lose all glucredit after buying weapon cause the progress was lost so all weapon with the glu disappear

there was an offer for level 10 stronghold in game of war. Did that but still no reward for 389 credits. Any reason why???
