What the hell happened.

I don't know what happened to my original game, but I would like it back or get what I've spented on the game. I had bought to $20 credits so that I could have infinite ammo for to of my guns, which I was on level 30, & just earned enough credits to get my scope for my sniper rifle, which was lastnite & now I have to start all over which is BullS#!t, I want my stuff back.
