glitched out of credits on KC2!

How do you get your credits back when the game is running specials and it gives you a gun you did not want when you were trying to upgrade a gun you already own, all because the game glitched? Please don,t say file with customer service, because all they said is we can,t help you. Evidently, they can only take your money!

    The game recently stole almost 200 credits I was building to buy an upgrade for a weapon. How do I go about getting those credits back

    Open your phone file and find android..then you look to glu.com.android gwallet..delete this..you will get the glu credit back

    I tried doing that and I still have not received any of the 200 glu credits back that were taken. So how am I going to get them back now
