My ck2 has just reset itself to the beginning. I had 298,000 cash and 141 credit as i'd been saving for a gun and all of a sudden it goes to the beginning. Help please

    Although I had an email response they said it would take up to six business days, that was almost two weeks ago and since then it has reset again, still not had my credit or cash restored. Does anyone ever get a response from admin to these issues, do they even read these pages? it seems pointless playing

    I have recently had the same thing happen with my glu credits resetting itself. I have yet to receive a response from glu
