FYI we are aware of some ongoing server issues, and the team has been working on solving them last week and now. But I will say that y'all should vote! It'll help you keep your fingers nimble, you get to see other players' creativity at work, you have the chance to buy some items for diamonds, and you get voting rewards anyway!
Sometimes the dye drops end up on the left end of the screen (we're looking into it). If you check your dye balance and still don't see the dyes, send me or Kalinda a message.
For those who still see this problem, can you try rebooting your device? (i.e. turn it off and back on again). Let us know if you still continue to see this problem after doing that.
On your new device, you can tap "i've played before" on the customization screen when you first launch KKH. If you have signed in on FB or iCloud on your old device, it should find your old save and transfer it to the new device. If you have trouble, just send me or @KalindaKing a PM :)
Britney here is correct -- the server has LOTs of votes to count for and it does it in a systematic way, so inevitably some scores get counted before others. Scores should all show eventually!
Kalinda and I deleted the posts just after Kalinda had posted in order to try to put this thread back on topic. Do not continue it further; I don't want to have to go through pages and pages to mass-delete messages.
We have not seen this issue in testing. Next time this happens can someone PM me an image so we know what to look for? This happens on the TS screen only?
