Conract Killer Sniper won't load on iphone 5s, iOS 8.1

I haven't been able to load CKS for some time. I tried powering down the phone and going into airplane mode but nothing works. I have submitted two tickets through customer care but I haven't received a response at all. I would just reinstall but I bought some in-game currency and don't want to lose it. Can anyone help me? Can anyone tell me how to get an answer from GLU? Thanks!
