Good morning everyone!
I don't want to get your hopes up, but as an Apple user, this game's performance just went way up.
If you haven't played the game today, give it a try. Around 2am PST GLU obviously did something to the game that made the game faster and more reliable. Game play action is faster and more responsive. Videos are working consistently. Loading is quicker. Loading is working (wah hoo!).

It was a fun, fast, and reliable 24 hours, but issues are back...including a new one of a super slow choppy game animation response mixed in with a super fast game animation, within the same PVP match; kind of like watching a movie in slow motion and then pressing fast forward and pressing slow motion again....
