Bear armor issues

My bear armor says its at 100%. I won it in spin like a week ago. Yet it has never gone down from 100%. I can't seek to find an equip button. Am I missing something simple here?

I go to the store. Then equipment. And see it there very clearly yet can't seem it use it??
