Game freezing.

This problem always happen to me and I'm very angry when I try to collect the AP point and waste my time for the energy.
I posted this problem many times but never see any response.
Anyway I try to find the solution for myself maybe you can try :
- after finish the first pvp match. Try to play 1 campaign before playing the 2nd pvp match (but it's not 100% becuase sometime it still got the freezing problem).

the same situation with me for the last 2 days,i was in rank 2000 after the first day of pvp,after that the problem started and i am now in 23000 rank,i have messaged so many times to customer care and the super admin,but they dont even care to reply,i am really fed up of playing this game
