Crafted parts not received!!

Today I ended 3rd in silver league and was awarded 16 weapon parts. I got a screen when I logged and it said I received those parts. But the parts are no where to be found! All craft weapons says 0/50 parts.
Where are my 16 parts??
Before today I had already one completly crafted weapon but still, I should have those 16 parts! Or did GLU just steal them?
Sent ticket to GLU customer service but my guess is that more players are cheated by this GLU glitch/feature so I wanted all to know!

No, Not even a reply. I lost my 5 parts yesterday too.
I hope GLU can explain how they thought about this weapons craft thing. It seems very unclear but it is not the first unclear thing GLU has done...
