There seems to be a movement afoot on this site to get people to stop paying to play this game until the game is "fixed". I have seen reported on this site that some spend $200 or more some weeks. I would hope we can do one better than just not spend money.
I propose that the money you would have spent on this game in a month be given to a local charity. Then come back to this thread and post how much someone besides Glu got from you.
If you don't have or know of a charity just read the news till something really ****es you off. Then google who is trying to change that issue. I can guarantee there is someone out there in need of money to fight a cause you are passionate about. If you don't trust someone with your money, call them and ask them what they need ( they will have a list) then go buy it and drop it off to them.
Not only will you feel good about not giving money to a company that doesn't seem to respond to issues, but you will also feel good about helping someone that truly needs it.
If you don't spend any money on this game then consider taking the time you would put into this game and volunteering for your favorite charity.
There are things in this world that really matter and winning the next best Tesla rifle is not one of them.
The soap box has now been stowed.

I agree with your suggestion but Complex Minds require playtime, even charitable complex minds.
Unfortunately most charities are not much better than Glu. An exception would be the Salvation Army, for those so inclined to donate. Do your homework and make sure the charity of your choice isn't taking your money and enjoying a trip to Fiji and are probably the same people that caused the issue that ****ed you off in the first place.
Come to think about it, Glu is "our" charity, they take our money and give us nothing in return. Maybe I can write it off on my taxes? Hmmm
