Will we get our weapons?

As we all know, this week will be the release of another tier along with another heavy weapon. I was wondering if the game fixed the issue of not rewarding the players? I e-mailed customer support and haven't received an answer yet.

Hi Angels
I'm on IOS and I crafted the clarinet 2 hours ago. No problem with that.
Hope it helps. I don't know about the other platforms.
