Bronze League that offers Weapon Parts

About the last league, I entered Silver League to hunt for Nebula, the 14.5 stars Tesla. Surprisingly, my fellow clan reported that she entered the Bronze League and the prizes offered are Nebula Weapon Parts!!

I battled it out the Silver League and managed to compete all the parts required. But my curiosity about what happened on last Bronze league still haunting my mind.

I entered the Bronze League just to find out and fulfill my curiosity if the prizes really changed, from XP vials to weapon parts. But what I got is as usual prizes, XP vials with no weapon parts.

My question, is there any requirements to be fulfilled for getting Bronze League with weapon Parts? It is really promising.

My fellow clan reported, she had a bronze league with weapon parts as the prizes. How's the mechanics actually?? Why did several people get weapon parts while the others not, in Bronze League?
