As one of the master Clan Jumpers, this was one of my chief incomes of tokens, and spins for energy.
Without my pessimistic attitude, I would have left long ago!

LOL I haven't received any such gift ... yet ... nor will I hold my breath. :cool:
Everything is as it was BEFORE the upgrade, with the following exceptions:
(1) DRONE maximum power is now 96.64B so that should be the last time we see such. All of my parts and XP modules are intact.
(2) JUGGS are marginally harder to kill, but it does not require anything special like additional medkits; I'm using 26.5 TESLA and 28.5 ASSAULT. 6 PvP Battles (3/3) and no additional equipment was used, although on one SR Battle, my health did get down to about 20%, so I adjusted.
(3) Drone weapons parts (x28) are rated @ 13.42B ... WOW ... Unfortunately, it will e quite some time before we can strap on these monster weapons.

Update on the above: JUGGS are LETHAL, avoid getting into a shoot out with them. Either take them out early or DUCK; taking hits from these bad guys WILL require MedKits. All other bad guys are mortals.
A single grenade will bring the JUGGERNAUT "back to Earth"; then finish him. Ooh Rah :cool:
The strongest weapons available are 29.5s, they won't help much and you'll go broke replacing them every couple of weeks. It's the health (or lack thereof) that is the "new twist" ...
... in other words, the opponents are stronger and pack a nasty punch; the weapons are just fine.
On a scale ... I would say we are fighting TIER 29 opponents with TIER 28 maximum player health; this is the tweak the GLUTONS have added and I'm not complaining at all.
The battles were becoming way to easy ... even a blind man couldn't lose. Since the strongest weapon available can't help much ... now you must fight; the way it once was and should be. :cool:
I still can't lose, even with a 26.5 TESLA; fighting for a living is a good thing.
I know it's culture shock and a new experience for newer players, but you WILL adapt ... I promise you.
In case there are players who never quite learned how to fight, ...
... and let's face it, for those who have only played this game for 12 months or less there was no need,
... use your battle equipment to take the edge off.
Personally, I've got 7,500 knives, rockets and grenades and roughly 2,000 MedKits ... I know many others have much more; use them for they are provided absolutely free of charge.
The original "Rules of Engagement" are back in force ...
... the key to success isn't firepower, the key is NOT getting hit, for the game has now moved from OFFENSE to DEFENSE.
For the record, the "DEFENSE" BASE is still quite useless. LOL
Using supply kits for PVP will leak out your war chest in a very fast manner . It is always a good notion to save rather than to throw everything that you got most of the time .
