Good Morning ... Welcome to the Third and Final Round of the TIER 29 Battle Cycle.
Although today's events will offer nothing of "great" value to those who are already current, if you're at TIER 27/28 or just starting TIER 29, these Global/VIP offerings will "jumpstart and propel" you back into the game, with a modest investment in "time", due to the largest vaults available.
This is most likely the last chance you will get to catch up, for GLU has heard our cries and is essentially providing 30.0 HEAVIES under the guise of 29.5; a gift from the GLU Gods perhaps?
Regardless, BOTH of these weapons (once fully upgraded) are quite capable of navigating TIER 30 ...
... (if taken with a grenades supplement). :cool: :cool:

The TIER 30 "magic number" is 96.64B. Any 30.0 SNIPER should bear this as it's upper limit (maximum) rated power, therefore there are two possible ways to interpret this.
(1) The weapon is woefully underpowered and is incapable of performing it's "primary" function of attracting LR opponent "bots" with the largest possible vault sizes to raid.
(2) The weapon's power rating is correct but the maximum opponent "bot" defensive power rating will be only 72.48 (75.16); I could easily infer that TIER 30 opponent bot strength will increase by only 50% ...
... instead of doubling that of TIER 29 bots (the same would hold true for the TIER 30 Defense Base).
So the question posed is simple: is this weapon's power rating yet another error (oversight) posted by the GLUTONS OR is TIER 30 going to supply the "correction" that's needed to the PvP battle difficulty?

Also, very interesting that both prizes have the same power rating! Obviously this could be easily rectified at any time.
It's not the first time that the TOP 10 and TOP 30 weapons were identical but it's a 50/50 proposition ...
... but if the weapons ratings don't change by this weekend, then we're "golden".
The featured 29.5 HEAVY already exceeds the TIER 30 magic number and was a HUGE increase over 28.5 heavies (2.5 times more powerful), so I'm feeling pretty optimistic.
If the enemy strength only increases by 50%, that's all that will be required to restore balance to the short range battles..

Both devices use customized, proprietary versions of Android ... could "gum up the works".
That said, if everything goes according to plan, you should be OK.
Let's try something simple and safe first.
Install CKS on the Samsung and make sure you use the same Google Play account and CKS gamer-tag; with any luck whatsoever, that may be all that's required.
I would also put in a ticket with Customer Care just to get the ball rolling.
Thanks! I had to start all over on the new device and pick a new ID - would not let me pick the same. I put in a customer care tickets on both IDs now with screenshots so the transfer should go smooth (heheheheehhe). Sometimes things go quick and sometimes not!

It should also be noted that no more than a single FULL ENERGY separated RANKS #70-#90.
Interestingly enough, after a grueling Global Event, SILVER LEAGUE DAY #1 started off with eight (8) active players out of a possible 15 bracket slots; we'll see if this changes.
My belief that 2-weeks of FREE BONUS GOLD from GLU has resulted in an uptick in the competitive spirit; this is a good thing since it can be hazardous to sit on ANY lead. Ooh Rah.
