9/30/2016 Amazon Content Update -- are others locked out?

I did a content update this evening, and now get the Error Code: 101001 "Cannot Connect to Server" restart screen. I'm missing a Clan War -- GRRR!!
Update: I was locked out for a few hours, but was able to get back into the game a little after 8PM.
