Good Morning and Welcome to Round #4 of the TIER 40 Battle Cycle. :cool:
Today we have, my personal favorite, a high powered ASSAULT WEAPON for you to compete for.
(Problem is it's the same weapon that was the 7,000 GOLD Award in this past "lameduck" VIP Event).

@5,750 GOLD: 40.0 BEAR MKII ASSAULT - 54.98T-98.96T - "TIER 40 SR Standard Bearer".
@3,500 GOLD: 39.5 BELLOWS MKII TESLA - 70.09T-103.08T.
@PARTS: 40.0 DEER MKII SNIPER - 54.98T-98.96T - "TIER 40 LR Standard Bearer".
The "magic number" for this Battle Cycle (remains at) ... 98,959.36B (99T).

The closest I can tell GLOBAL EVENTS and GLOBAL INVASION EVENTS run on completely different schedules and they overlap at times as when we got a SNIPER in consecutive events.
Either way, it really makes no difference since crafting these weapons from parts is next to impossible; only other option is go for a TOP 10 Finish in the Global Event; I think everyone will agree that Global Invasions are NOT for winning a weapon ...
... accumulate nanocrystals for "evolving" the weapons you already have; GLU's idea of a weapons recycling program.
That brings us to the VIP Events which are still useful if you accept that only one single weapon will make much of a difference.
Fortunately, there is plenty of FREE GOLD available.
Now all of this is of no real consequence unless ...
(1) we get a new BASE TIER with tougher opponents (2) we get new ELITE CAMPAIGNS that will result in MDUs with stronger SHIELDS.
One can only hope that a new release will soon arrive; even The SCORPION is at his wits' end.
(Weapons from March-April timeframe with no urgent need to upgrade; everyone dies).
The game has become a platform for watching videos and collecting rocks. Every time I pop in following a CW, I am truly amazed that the same handful of people continue to battle it out in these PvP Events ...
... this is truly a remarkable turn of events.

And I think cks is also going to be done very soon ..
CKS has been "done" for months ... (for the veterans anyway). As long as there are events, the newer players will have at least a year of shooting the place to pieces. :cool:

I will also play little bit ..But only in normal events ..I hate invasion event since it started.

How was the experience this time? Since you have upgraded your tech power, it should be more easier for you now. However, I've recently upgraded my all 3 MDUs with full shield power/strength. So better to hear from you.

It was a change; it appears you removed OMEGA-5 and replaced him with 1010010 ("52") ...
... so the sequence was SHERMAN, CLANK, "52".
My POV, CLANK was wasted because there were only two other "recruits" he was providing shields for.
Personally, I find OMEGA-5 a much more effective opponent than CLANK; but that's me ...
... ASIMOV and "52" can be harder to kill. Removing OMEGA-5 does make killing the "spook" somewhat more difficult though, so it's a tradeoff.

So you noticed eh? I usually will upgrade some tech when opponent shields become stronger; all in an attempt to keep the battle duration @ 2-2.5 minutes maximum; 1.5 minutes on average.

... I've found LR a little more difficult than SR battles so I raised TP from 400 to 800 on my TESLA..
Just trying to keep a balance between all weapons and squeeze out some enjoyment from ...
... "a game on the ropes".

Hi Rocky! I don;t think CKS will go down. I had my doubts when there was a serious lack of updating the regions. However, they came through!
Worst part is I stopped playing and now playing catch up....slowly...but surely.
Now that is a cool avtaar for alltime #1
