levels lost by accident

in Contract Killer: Sniper
I removed ck sniper from my iphone because it stucked at loading last night, also just purchased 700 gold,
after i download it again, everything are all gone, i will have to start from level 1 again.

can anyone help?:(

    Hey Tmd! I'm so sorry to hear about your situation.

    Unfortunately, Contract Killer: Sniper doesn't yet support Game Center saved data. There is nothing I can do for you but, to point you in the right direction. Please submit a ticket directly to the Customer Care Team by sending an email that includes your device information, the game name where you need help, and a detailed description of the problem (you deleted the game because of issues and lost all your gold). Please be very specific and provide the step by step information needed to replicate the problem.

    Please be aware that it may take up to 48 hours for a response.

    The only way to contact customer support would definitely be to email them with the email addresses I provided above. Hope to hear this work out for you. Do let me know.

    Your wrong, I've been submitting detailed email tickets direct contact email addresses contacted google google+ google cloud and help cloud support with no response but automated email. I've changed my rating and review. I lost hundreds of dollars spent on over 4000 gold plus additionally won gold weapons I had the strongest in all 4 sniper assault heavy and tesla XP 23 completed all levels Hp several hundred thousand leader boards ranked top 200 now 45,000 have defeated top 20 players level 60 completed even world on fire 3/4 completed I had over 1, 700 gold stolen now my user id will not come up someone hacked my device after I identified cheaters in pvp got a virus lost everything so I've made every attempt to get resolved with no response I'm ticked off i lost over118 rocket launchers led kits, grenades and knives 18 protective vest no one will contact me even left my phone number don't blame google as I've spoke to google 3 minutes after submitting a requested investigation I got a phone call email and I'm going up the chain till somebody gives me my weapons equipment or the gold to buy again or money back. If it were not google play credits id block payment unfortunately I'm beginning to think that's the intent in the first place

    I've seen the hacked/ cheat download apps for this game and I'm sure plenty of ppl use them. Especially android bc from what I've read and seen online the android version cheat app is easier to install and use. Should've bought an Apple device. IOS systems are better protected against viruses and ppl hacking into your phone and account. It can be done to Apple devices still though. But I wouldn't be pimping on cheaters any though bc that puts a big bullseye on you. IMHO.

    Sorry to hear this. Just wondering, how did they hack into your device? How do we prevent that?

    Through the back ground data open and foreground data. Watch your data measures and you will see steady and sudden increases in data usage. Virus software caught it but to late. I have quit playing and am logging a complaint if I haven't received any responses soon. but. Blocking background data when you are office will reduce the risk.
