Why am I losing Diamonds after they have been collected?
The animation doesn't quite explain it. If the animation were true to the story, all of your diamonds would be taken by the first player to crack your safe. However, the reason for it is to get people to play the game more often; not just log in to collect their diamonds so they can log out.
Same type of reason for when your defense is compromised, you loose a AP point. This means you have to continually play the game to keep your "leaderboard" rank.
I can understand that they want people to play often but according to their gameplay once you collect the diamonds those are safe. Otherwise when I attack a base I myself would get more than a couple hundred at a time. I lose more than I collect with collecting by attacking other bases.
