How many diamonds to we get in PVP?

I'm done collecting diamonds until I get a new weapon to spend them on, so I did a little experiment. I collected 32000 diamonds in my safe with 4100 diamonds in my to collect fund. Logged off for about 8 hours to see what would happen.
Had 36100 total - 1 attack they got 4200 diamonds (11.6%)
Had 31900 total - 2 attack they got 4200 diamonds (13.1%)
Had 27700 total - 3 attack they got 4200 diamonds (15.1%)
Had 23500 total - 4 attack they got 3915 diamonds (16.7%) (same attacker as attack 5 and 6)
Had 19585 total - 5 attack they got 3285 diamonds (16.8%)
Had 16300 total - 6 attack they got 3256 diamonds (20.0%)
Had 13044 total - 7 attack they got 2785 diamonds (21.4%)
I find it interesting that an attacker can take a higher percentage of your diamonds when you have less of them. It's also interesting that they get the same 4200 diamonds when you're in the 26000-36000 diamond range.
