What's the deal?

I'm new at this but realize the makers want to make money.... But I am winning lots of cash and diamonds and XP. But what good are they if my vault is too small? My cash is growing but now can't use it. What's the deal with XP?

    xp is used to level up,at the moment the max level is 60,wait for the next update and you will need xp for getting each level up
