New phone and restart

Not happy as I have spent a load tower what I was shooting and Game Center and or Facebook signing in doesn't load my progress from the old phone. Can someone please help me recover it. I still have that saved on the old phone .

    Did you sync your old phone with iTunes then download all your apps to iTunes then sync your new phone and upload all your old apps? If you did try the same thing with iCloud? I did it with iCloud and was able to retain all my progress. Pm if you have any questions.
