Can't PVP

I cannot PVP. If I go to PVP and click Find Target, it always responds no target found. Every time I click on Revenge, I get a resynchronization required error. I'm on an Android and have restart both the game and my device. Any other advice?

    getting the same thing..nothing ive tried has helped..guess were just gonna have to wait it out
