  Not at all until the last day of event. It is reward refer to your AP and ranking.

  According to the prizes list, you get parts X5 if you are rank 1001 to 2500. The player in rank 30 has 5956 AP on the Leadership board. So my guess is you have to have at least 1000 AP to get and parts when the events ends. You get around 2 AP for every PVP match you play and you can play 3 every 30 minutes unless your buy more energy.
