not getting my diamonds, weapons upgrade or win streak not working.

In the daily challenge
1. I'm not getting my diamonds when collecting them into my safe.
2. When upgrading my weapons I keep receiving an ererror messag,
Resynchronization with the server needed. The game will now restart. Error code 203196.
Then not getting my weapons upgrade and loosing a load of diamonds (24,060 on last attempt).
3. My win streak isn't counting which means I'm not able to reach any milestone.
I'm using my android phone (Sony Xperia Z2) with all the latest version of software.
