  Yes, I'm using Android. I switched my game from my phone to my tablet using google play, maybe apple has a similar game transfer app? Because technically, once you log in with your game account, you should have all of your weapons and stats.

  The short answer is yes, but it takes an hour or so and it's not like you can just switch back and forth easily. I would only recommend it if you intend to permanently move the game from your iPad to the iPhone.
