Do not receive diamonds in safe house

in Contract Killer: Sniper
A few times I've hit collect and I never receive them in my safe house. I've lost about 10 k in diamonds and never received and of the noodles either??

    I have the same problem and I lost thousands. Device use Sony z3.

    Same here, and the problem that I have all ready to upgrade all stats and an stupid service herror appear I lost all, plus the gold that I spend to get them..... GLU said "sorry we are working on " a sorry don't help

    I also lost diamonds this way. They were accumulated and when I went to collect them nothing happened. Also I won a lot of matches to upgrade my base, took me hours, then when I went to upgrade I got the "resynchronozation" and lost everything.an Total about 70k.....what can be done? I like the game and want to continue to play.

    When this issue happens, completely shut down the game app and then restart. The diamonds should be added to your total in your vault.
