It's not fair

My scalpel weapon is fully upgraded and I had 6 shots per round woke up yesterday morning and it's reduced to 3 shots per round why? Is it fair. We spend money, time and energy on this game and this is what they do? What's going on? Is anyone experiencing the same?

I posted yesterday about this issue,I'm personally running out my equipment then done with glu. I have contacted Amazon about it so I can at least warn others how glu treats there customers. I'm on second round of complaints with Amazon and expecting a phone call actually from them,well that's what the reply today says.we will see.
