Weapon upgrade requires 4500 diamonds

I've upgraded base to hold 3500.
I assume you can't partial pay to upgrade, then add balance.
No idea what lev to upgrade base to get to 4500 min hold.
I'm at lev 22. Base is at Tier 2 / 296 + 12.
No idea if the next 4 upgrades in Tier 2 get base hold of 4500 or more.
Or for that matter, how far does Tier 2 go before its Tier 3?
Update made on base- which makes no sense - logic would be T2 +13,
No - now it's 308 + 12, with 13 blocks, not 12. Must be a translation problem from Russia.
Plus diamond hold is now raised to 4000.
We're Stopped for now at Russian mission w/424 power weapons.
Guess only option is wait it out upgrading base to see where it gets.
Oh yea, while sleeping, my wimpy dude, let several hundred diamond escape.
So no desert for this azzhat.

Still 4000 limit, so that was deceiving.
Somewhat Catch22 getting current weapon upgrade of 424 up to 432, needing 4050 diamonds to continue in Russian Campaign.
That level will be defeated again after 2 short campaigns, needing further upgrade again.
Plenty of cash, with roughly $140k.
You might need to upgrade to the next base level. For example: If you are in a tier 4 base, then you need to advance/upgrade to a tier 5 base.
1st block of T3 does start at 4000 diamond.
Stuck at hurry up & wait - again.

I thought let's see what happens, if attempt to offer what's on hand of 2200 diamonds.
Well, you get the not enough diamonds, or pay 25 gold - 1 gold less.
Not sure if this means the 2200 diamonds & 25 gold, or I get a brave discount of 1 for trying.
Your new base (T3) does start with whatever you ended up from the previous base (T2).
What you need to do is to update you new base again. Start by updating/upgrading you "Base Economy Level". Doing so would allow your base to hold more diamonds.
unknowing the limit of storage.

base to T-3 /400, and still 4000 diamond storage limit.

when 4050 diamonds are needed to upgrade weapon to continue the game..

Weapon upgrade for 424 requires 4050 diamonds to get 432 power level to continue with game,
and base diamond level stuck at 4000, preventing weapon upgrade,
it's been total mystery just how far was necessary to get base diamond limit to 5000.
Why there's no hint bubble, ridiculous.
For each base, whether it's tier 3 or tier 4, there are 4 upgrades and they are as follows, not necessary in order:
* Base Economy Level 1 2 3 4
* Guard Level 1 2 3 4
* Sentry Gun Level 1 2 3 4
* Player Health 1 2 3 4
You have to upgrade Base Economy Level 1 before you can upgrade Base Economy Level 2. And so on.
Once Base Economy Level 1 is upgraded, you don't have to upgrade either Guard Level 1, Sentry Gun Level 1 or Player Health 1 in order to upgrade Base Economy Level 2. This applies to Guard Level, Sentry Gun Level and Player Health also.
Each Base Economy Level upgrade increases the size of your base vault.
Your current base has to be fully upgraded in order for you to go to the next base tier.
I thought maybe 5000 limit was part of Tier 2, at block 2,3,4, but did not.
A heads up of what does what for level needed would take all the mystery factor out of it.

Once your stats are upgraded, you can upgrade the base economy, sentries and player health. The first column of upgrades are better to use GOLD. These are relatively cheap, by comparison to other items.
100s of 1,000s in cash is pocket change. Get it up in the 1,000,000s so you can grab AND upgrade a better weapon when it's available.
Finally, and this is entirely up to you, don't waste your time on Global PvP until you complete your missions and close all contracts because without a superior weapon, you WILL loose.
I don't know if this answers all of your concerns, but I hope it helps somewhat.

I have no interest in the Global PvP, being at such low level.
I can easily envision 8 sec smear, game over.
Just now got to the start of 4th of 7 memory cards gathered.
Which now requires a higher base again beyond 5000, for weapon upgrade, ****it 5700 needed now.
At least with base at 470, and weapons & drone 468 prevented some looting last night, with note, defense won.
Guess I'll need to take my Sniper to Disney now.
And you're only in Russia. I guess you're in for a big surprise. Wait until you get to Kill Club or The Unchosen..

But there's hardly any thing there in the base to even bother with for the most part.
Getting less than 200 dia is probably a waste of time for most at your level : )
I'm just an older punk at lev 28. Probably 3 in dog years.
And that's the other thing, you can't even get a peek of the other campaigns -
Blah blah blah, your not worthy. Alright then.
What would be cool is see ones base in action, maybe battle against it.
Been running into this guy lately, a mean dude, & I want that outfit.
But I suspect it only gets even more brutal.

What's so very tiring is playing the same 2 lame level 24' level free missions,
when it should progress to the level you are at - 31 for example.
I might as well buy property in Russian, I'm not getting out anytime soon, maybe a pub.

The base has to go from 6000 to 8000 now to upgrade weapons to next level, to complete start of 5th Intel slot.
I might just let this come to an end, being too much hassle.

Ah Yes ... the "Juggernaut" ... Nasty Dude and is your biggest headache next to Sentries. If you notice he's using a HEAVY weapon, so the best counter attack is a weapon of equal or BETTER fire power ...
then let Drone have at it for a moment.
But if he sidesteps closer to bomb case, hitting that explodes, knocking a portion of life out of him.
I'll take him to w/i 3 rounds of death, then let Drone finish it.
He must have ripped that machine gun out of A-10, I'm quite familiar with those in full action.
