Will I loose my progress when I do a master reset on my phone?

    Not sure about android but if you have an iPhone back it up to your PC before you reset it and you'll still have everything. It worked for me at least.

    I had Sony Z 2, switched to Galaxy S 5 and lost all progress, still have old phone but no idea how to back up. Any help please. jmike08h@gmail.com
