Normally a new tier is released either 4 or 5 weeks after the last one. Tier 15 was released on September 25th, so if they go with the 4 week cycle it will be released on October 23rd, next Friday. A five week turnaround would put the release on October 30th. One time Glu did a three week cycle, which would put the release this Friday, but that would be more than a little surprising.
