Looks like I'll have to create a ticket with screenshots, makes me wonder what else this demotion in GLU's mind has for his offerings - payouts maybe (10M max).
D.a.m.n Bro ... that aint good at all. LONG RANGE PvP Battle payouts will NOT exceed 10.0M until you upgrade that SNIPER; fortunately there are a pair of these available in today's Global.
Get that ASSAULT up to 100% (quickly, for time is NOT your friend) ...
... to raid those 12M-14M vaults via SHORT RANGE PvP Battles.
There is also another SNIPER @ 3,500 GOLD but I don't understand why you're not seeing the entire list of offerings for J.R., I agree a ticket is in order (not that you'll actually buy in to that POS VIP) ...
... but you should have the option to buy in if that's what you "choose" to do.

No I didn't misunderstand ... when I said upgrade I should have said replace. 26.0 is useless at TIER 27. The 25.5 Assault is useless for essentially the same reason; you'll never get any larger vaults with those weapons and 10M will most likely be the max.
Basically, your primaries need to be as close to 12.08B Attack Power as is possible. The 26.0 SNIPER maxes out @ 6.04B that's the reason your still getting TIER 26 vaults.
The weapon @ 3500 is rubbish anyway (grab the Global Weapon instead) ... it's cheaper.
... can you see all up to 7000 GOLD or not?
Can you see the SNIPER being offered for parts? Should be the 28.0 ALLIGATOR (if you remember).
You're not alone my friend ... I would NEVER buy into a VIP Event with the expectation of acquiring weapons under any circumstances ... it's just not worth it.
UPDATE and FYI: 8.39B "bots" have started paying 14M Diamonds; there is the 26.5 DEMON MKII ELITE ASSAULT - 5.03B-7.72B - available in The Store for 240 GOLD. Should be good as an interim weapon for Jr. until you can get a better ASSAULT. Vaults should start running 12M-13M.

I agree completely, but, until something gets straightened out with GLU, I'm not purchasing anything. No, the VIP stops showing anything above 3500! Sr can see the regular one, Jr has the romper room version - completely different.
There is a second problem. I'm now paying attention to matchups, and seeing constantly lower base power matchups.
Typically, shorts are 8.1M (off the top of my head) Attack Power to 4.3M Base Power. Longs a bit closer at 6.3 to 4.6M base.
Senior is at parity between attack power (almost the same as Jr but now upgrading weapons). So, the romper room analogy extends to matches, too!
I have one ticket in now, let's see if that gets fixed, then I'll submit a matchup ticket if the first one doesn't jog something loose. I imagine showing GLU 1 screenshot of a typical matchup won't register in their minds what's really happening. Seems the CC screen doesn't allow more than 1 screenshot now for Amazon, there's no + symbol, just change or delete after 1.
I'll continue getting the 2 global weapons per cycle, and start falling behind, or just can the account. Not gonna throw money at the problem!
LITTLE ME has about a dozen PvP Victories to his credit this Global Event worth more than 150M Diamonds in raided vaults. :cool:
Now he's definitely not as strong as he once was, but it does look promising. All we need do is to retrofit LITTLE ME with some new and improved weapons and he'll once again become a lethal companion on the battlefield.
I can empathize with your situation since @ 14M per vault will allow us to just make it under the wire, but 800 PvP victories are required; I agree completely about "throwing money at the problem" for I haven't spent a cent since 06/30 and have no plans to do so. All we need is the PvP battles, and free GOLD will be more than enough to get those battles.
Hang in there, we'll get it done but if you want to keep Jr. alive, grab that 26.5 ASSAULT in The Store, grab this 27.5 SNIPER up for grabs in the Global and forget that the VIP even exists.
I cannot emphasize this more ... you primary weapons need to be @ 100% almost immediately after acquiring them. At this pace, taking any longer will be an exercise in futility. Weapons first, then worry about the base when you're getting the payouts.
2,000 in FREE GOLD will get you 100 Full Energy and when coupled with free energy you will net 5,000,000,000 diamonds; you're half way there. But even that will not help unless you find the time to fight those battles.

Payouts are staying at 9-10M, I'll begin upgrading weapons today after the final payment on Zulu (you don't need to reiterate I'm doing it in the wrong order). Sr. is getting 13M now.
What are the Bank Vault, and holding tank/rate?
We're both on the East Coast so I'll share my schedule with you.
I only work 3-4 days a week @ 12 hours a day 50% of the time, which is unique for the most part, so I do 3 x Global Days of solid game play (Fri, Sat, Sun.) I'm sure you've noticed that I am an early riser, so I try to get in a minimum of 3 hours before I leave for work; you can do plenty of damage in three hours, believe me. LOL The other 50%, I'm usually on the road with hotels and airports bringing plenty of game play.
Since I sit in front of a server KVM console in the data center most of the time, I take a 15 minute break every 2 hours and guess what I'll be doing LMAO ...
... sometimes lunch brings another hour. I get home, have something to eat and play myself to sleep at around 9 PM.
But it's on the weekends where I make up big chunks of ground. The SCORPION is a closer, as you know ... that's just the way I've adapted to playing this game. I don't have enough time to sprint to the top of the leaderboard and find myself always coming from behind, but it's all good. Now I would never suggest that you risk your gig over a video game, but your time belongs to you ... make it count !!!
I also will not play the game for more than 2-3 hours at a time without taking a break for a couple, but those 3 hours are intense and what I refer to as "Battle Speed" ... I do have an additional gear that I refer to as "Overdrive"; I reserve this one for the tightest of predicaments since it's all FULL ENERGY and never let the FREE ENERGY recharge.
I'll rarely play more than 12 hours a day, since my nephews are the most important part of my life, but during those 12 hours ... watch out for the flying shrapnel and rounds :cool:
Somehow I get it all done but that will soon end. Another tier release (with a 50% increase in costs) and it's all over. My diamonds will simply gather tons of dust in the vault, because I won't be upgrading anything, even when I have nothing else to spend the diamonds on. Another few tiers and there won't be enough time in the day anyway, unless we all relocate to Mars.

Final thoughts: there's absolutely nothing wrong with being @ BASE "ZULU" as we move past "ALPHA-BRAVO". Your game plan was barely adequate with a 4-week cycle anyways, but you need to at least ask yourself, how would being @ "ALPHA-BRAVO" enhance your gaming experience?

If it weren't for the defense base hanging over my head, I would call this Global Event a wrap for the weapon (35 Parts) is "locked in". In fact, it was probably a wrap yesterday but The SCORPION always sees it through to a logical conclusion. Ooh Rah

About an hour ago I closed in on the leader after giving chase early this morning ...
... I'm currently @ RANK #2 with 90 VP.
I was able to knock off another base upgrade, but now I have been waiting on the leader to start playing again. Doesn't this guy have a base to upgrade? NOPE ... he's at TIER 20 base "TANGO", a relatively inexpensive base given the vaults he's raiding (his primaries are rated @ 25.5). Then I thought he was going after that TESLA since his is only a 22.5 TOMB.
I guessed wrong and have no idea what's he's up to ... now I must wait.
Ironically, his call-sign is "ALLIGATOR".

Now I'm perfectly fine with sitting there for the entire day to get my 15 Parts and end this; they WILL pay this tomorrow however. :cool:
LMAO @ 02:41 PM EST someone finally took over the lead from the "ALLIGATOR". I don't know if I'll be able to get in another base upgrade, but at least I can now collect my GOLD and craft the weapon.
Oops ... that was short lived. That guy who took over the lead went to 100 VP and slammed on the brakes
