What going on with clan war times

We can not change clan wars time schedule. We are stuck with 0000 global time. We cant change it at all in today time and when we change it in future time it shows it as having changed to new times but are war still begins at 0000 time.currently we have wars scheduled at 0000 then 0400.this is disadvantage in several ways first we dont have enough people that can make 0000 war.second are 1st war starts on 2nd day of season everyone else has 2 wars before we have 1.that is a deficit you cant overcome.
Im not sure if everyone at glu is lazy or stupid but the fix is simple.instead of starting clan war season with 1st war time 1000 global time and ending 1st day at 23:59.(currently 1st day is not 24hrs).all you have to do is start clan war season at 0000 global time with normal 24hr day end season 23:59 global time. Problem solved every clan gets same amount of wars amd its equal playing field. There are many people waiting for glu to pull their heads out of their butts and if it doesn't happy soon when it does happen we will ram them right back up there.

    Since this new bug has been introduced, I can only attend 2 wars on the weekends, since midnight wars are not possible for this early riser/sleeper. The Leader keeps trying to set them to our old 8 PM regular schedule, but when the Clan Wars clock counts down to 0, it immediately resets to 4 hours and counting down with no war.

    Glu in it's attempt to fix one problem (Clan Jumpers) has introduced another far more serious problem.
