  I take "Instant Upgrades" as meaning you need not wait a specified amount of time when applying an upgrade to your base or weapons.
  
  Personally, I generally delay applying upgrades for as long as possible (practical), therefore I cannot imagine why I would want an "Instant Upgrade" (I have an infinite supply of patience) ...

  Your right..I heard from one of my clan mates that " Instant upgrade" is no wait. I will wait on most upgrafes...the only ones I spend gold for us economy (after diamonds).
