I am from Asia and would like to suggest that pls change time of clan war as it starts in the evening around 11.30 pm IST and 2nd around 3.30 am IST which we can't play as it is our sleeping time so pls change the time in Asia for clan war so we can play it as we love to play this game

Glu has provided 6 timings to play clan war and clan leader has rights to set both wars schedules. You can see in clan schedule also what your leader has set. You need to contact leader and ask him to set time which is suitable to all players from different countries. Your clan might have other countries players for whom that time suits more rather than your IST timings.
Better you clarify all with your leader and he can do needful. Glu has nothing to help in this matter since they have already provided 6 timeslots for wars.
