CKS Version 6.1.1 has been released and we all got off to a slow (late) start as most are adjusting their battle tactics and strategies ... The babies are over there crying, as they always do whenever something new and unfamiliar presents itself ...

I like it. That's really true. LOL.
I could really use some new guns. My 24.5's aren't cutting it for clan wars anymore (except when going against the new players).
My advice is to play as you would normally; go for the Silver League if that's your norm.
How we compete for crafted weapons has changed but the problem is we won't know exactly how it's changed until next week.

It seems to me that Redalert changed name to Godangel. Isn't it?
I just checked and last week's was GODANGELL (2 x "L"s) and it could well be that REDAL3RT and GODANGEL (1 x "L") are the same player.

Now this could be some sort of new "tactic" to fly under the radar by frequently changing names.

That's very true brad. If you are not in top 30 then its very hard to win weapon parts and if you are out of top 90 then just impossible. Seems Glu is trying to force all users to buy golds which is not impressive way.
Btw, anyone has figured out yet, what is use new coins and how to use them?
Contrary to popular opinion, it's the GLOBAL EVENT that has now become quite useless to anyone other than the TOP 10 of the infamous ...

It's quite obvious that "parts" are irrelevant ... 10-15-20 parts makes no difference at all.
Unless GLU makes some sort of announcement in short order, take your VIP every 2-3 months and continue until you're bored out of your mind.
Also in unique items box, there is no update since long time. I mean new clan maps are coming but they are not offering new maps at all using clan coins in those unique mystery boxes which is only place to use clan coins. It has same maps since they introduced like Aquila, Tigris, Gorilla and such old & useless maps. Can't they think to give some interesting things with every new base/level updates or like that instead of almost achieving that box.
Yes that happened to all players. Thank god our total VP didn't reset. Just league score was reset so we had to play again after midnight and just good thing was we got all rewards again. But definitely its glu glitch and very weird. There are lot more glitches I found already in new version of CKS.
... without prizes to be awarded, there is no purpose, so if GLU is attempting to increase gamesmanship ...
... I don't see how this is going to work at all. Since late last year, my participation has been steadily decreasing to the point where I'm practically comatose; it's only a matter of time now.
Why the leader-boarders continue their assault on the record books is the biggest mystery of all, and probably why GLU feels there is no need to offer any prize awards; these lunatics will continue playing regardless ...
... there is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that they all suffer from some sort of mental defect.
