error 203130 cannot connect with server...resynchronization...what should i do?

in Contract Killer: Sniper
from several hours i receive this message "resynchronization with server needed. the game will now restart" error code 203130. Does anybody know how to manage with this error? restart game a lot, try to play on wifi or network data 4g, same error?

    uninstall/reinstall game will solve the problem? or i lose progress and restart from 0????

    No ur progress will not be lost if u uninstall the game..

    Try to clear cache instead of uninstalling the game ..clear cache ..If that works .wud be better ..If doesn't work then clear data too..that surely will work
