If they don't release a new base/tier/region soon, what is there to fight for? Everyone should have a full suite of 42x weapons by now, and with the only thing to do with diamonds being the drone, the game is in a death spiral. Glu banked heavily on the MDU's, and they are now barely thin aluminum foil with all the Nanos they've thrown at us. And they will be even more helpless with the next few elite regions released and everyone's tech power at 14.85K.
13 weeks would be the longest we've gone without an update and it would be when the final invasion forces are expected to arrive.
Since that would mark the "end of the road" as we know it, 13 weeks would be the logical time for a new release. A new base tier would be nice but isn't all that practical at this point ...
... even if it were feasible, who would want to go through another 2-3 months of this nonsense?
(Maximum tech AND less than useless MDUs).
So it's CKS 7.0 or nothing at all ... we should know very soon.

First I select a target; my primary target had already come under attack by my wingman so we crossed and I selected a victim immediately to the left.
Sensing danger, the enemy heads for the deck and I begin my dive and move in for the kill.
Now you will have to just take SCORPION's word, but believe me he went down in flames.
That yellow square indicates (1) target is in range of guns (2) the proper lead at which to fire ...
... I continued my dive until the target started to bank left, I moved into his 6 o'clock and that square was flush up against his tail; flamed his butt. :cool:
A bit of irony as my target's call sign is "ta11yho".
Team Death Match Achievements:
"FIRST BLOOD" - the first to score an enemy kill.
"DOUBLE KILL" - two enemy kills
"ASSIST" - assist your wingman in an enemy kill.
"ASSISTED SUICIDE" - not 100% sure what this is; might be escorting flaming opponent to the deck.
"AIR RESCUE" - save your wingman from an attack.
"KILLING SPREE" - a combination of "DOUBLE KILL" with an "ASSIST" and/or "AIR RESCUE".
"KING SLAYER" - three enemy kills.
"MEGA KILL" - four enemy kills.
"ULTRA KILL" - five enemy kills.
"HIT FOR SIX" - six enemy kills.
"DOMINATING" - seven enemy kills.
"UNSTOPPABLE" - seven enemy kills without being shot down.
"HUNTER" - eight enemy kills without being shot down (medal awarded).
SCORPION's aggressive nature usually results in drawing "FIRST BLOOD" and my squadron will usually succeed if 1 or 2 go on a "KILLING SPREE".
"KING SLAYER" is my typical performance with a handful of "ULTRA KILLS" ...
... several "HIT FOR SIX", a few "DOMINATING" and an "UNSTOPPABLE" to date.
"HUNTER" medal awarded on 10/27/2017 during my first season.
Game has potential.
