So it looks like we answered you on the 9th, twice on the 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and even today. The initial response was actually only 25 minutes after we received the ticket.
While our goal turn around time is less than 48 hours, currently the oldest unassigned ticket is only 13 hours old. If you have an active ticket we will get to is as soon as we are able.
I am sorry you feel that way. It certainly isn't true and most of our tickets are answered very quickly and we resolve the majority of them in the first contact.
I am sorry you are having difficulties with the older games. They will still run on the operating systems and platforms they were created for. The team has been looking into the loading issues since the last update. We do not have an estimate as to when it may be corrected but it could require another update. The best bet for now is just wait for a while. The more you have unlocked unfortunately the longer you have to wait.

You get your awards as you level. The rumor you are talking about is related to the fact you can't go higher than level 10 unless you are a VIP there are a couple more levels for VIP players but you get all the awards as you attain the level.
There is a visual issue with the arrow. It should only show for VIP users that there are a couple more levels below but it shows to everyone currently. They hope to have it fixed in the next major update. Sorry for the confusion.
