There is a limit to how many offers you can do. Unfortunately, they let you continue watching even though they aren't paying out. I'd recommend stopping and coming back at a later time to see if they are paying out again.

No, no. I was saying "fusion" like in other games where you can use fusion to essentially merge two weapons into a stronger one. But that was completely a guess. I highly doubt that would happen. But that would just be the only possible angle something like what's being requested here could possibly work.
There have been a few methods in place historically and the old contact avenues have been mostly discontinued. Tickets formally document issues which helps with troubleshooting for the devs.
