What has worked for me in the past is the following. There are open contracts for each region - i.e. Global Assault, World On Fire, etc.. Play them numerous times until you advance to the next level. Check the Store upon reaching the desired level. Let us know if that helps...

It seems like you are asking about upgrading a drone part. It doesn't matter which item you select - i.e. 125, 1000, etc. Each item has its equivalent XP. Lower powered drone parts has lower XP. Crafting a drone is the easy part. When v3.0 was rolled out, every single player was given the necessary parts to craft a drone - the basic one that is. Upgrading it - now that's the hard part. But according to Handles, this has been brought up to the Dev Team and a fix is being worked on.

Your new base (T3) does start with whatever you ended up from the previous base (T2). What you need to do is to update you new base again. Start by updating/upgrading you "Base Economy Level". Doing so would allow your base to hold more diamonds.
