You might want to give him a little more info to work with... Handles it seems that the daily events have started with some people already having VP points.. I have 4 people with over 50 points at the start of the daily event. There are others reporting the same thing in their groups.. Some with 100+.

Incorrect.. Level is based on the campaign play..your base is just based on your upgrades using diamonds from PvP or spending the Gold.. my son is level 36with a tier 7 base from PvP

You can upgrade your base completely with gold if you have the money to spend..on the other hand I do believe there are hacks also..so he could have done it either way
