It’s insulting that we’ve asked about compensation countless times and we’ve been completely ignored. Is the strategy to just wait it out and hope we shut up? @KalindaKing why aren’t you responding to us about this?
@KalindaKing Are we going to receive any compensation from the repeated glitches we’ve had? I am still missing diamonds that customer service won’t replace for me because I don’t have screenshots. I have contacted them repeatedly and I get the same answer every time.
I’m stuck with the 8hr quest too and it seems like it’s taking way longer than usual 8hr quests for me? Maybe it’s just because I’m used to doing the 3hr quest in the mornings. Just another frustrating day playing this game!

Well on top of missing diamonds and tickets I am in the wrong style level again as well. I have sent like 5 customer care tickets in the past week. This is a nightmare.
I also want to know why Glu’s customer care responds to customers like they are trying to scam them out of something after a massive, widespread glitch that affected basically everyone.

At some point Glu has to learn that giving a generous compensation will help them make more money long-term. Imagine gifting 50 diamonds and how that would make the players feel.
