Latest update caused my restaurants to stop working...

I'm having a problem with the latest update (since yesterday). All of my restaurants are stuck at 0% downloading. I tried reinstalling the app several times. Still nothing. I contacted Glu on Facebook and through Customer Service on the app but I haven't received any replies. Can anyone please help me?

    Also, I have plenty of space on my iPad and I've closed all the other apps.

    How long does it take for Glu to reply? It's been more than 3 days now since I've been contacting them through Customer Care on the app and still no reply. I've spent so much money on this game, it's depressing to think about.

    I too have not heard anything. I got first response of you are priority, blah blah blah. Yep, three days ago!

    The same thing happened to me! They are being repetitive about the strong wifi connection and killing all tasks, restarting, making sure there's more than 2GB, etc. They've answered me 3 times now but with almost identical messages. It's like, do you NOT want to help me for real?!
