Prep kitchen names VIPs

I'm wondering where you can find the names of the prep kitchen VIPs. For example: a new goal is available now which says to get VIP Mr Big to Out n inning, but I can't find the names of the VIPs, only the names of the "products".. (I play the game in Dutch so I don't know the English names, sorry!)
Usually a goal also mentions the products, but not with this one. & for all the "non VIPs" you can find the name at the question mark, where you see "2x coins for ***" but this doesn't apply to VIPs. ;(
