5 Stars in New KPop Resturant

Is anyone else finding it "off" what is needed to get five stars in Season one after level 10 in this restaurant? I've got quite a lot upgraded, and still can't hit five stars. It shouldn't be that hard in a season 1, or require this many upgrades, given how every other restaurant has worked (I've finished all but Valhalla with five stars on every level, so I'm pretty familiar!)

I can't even download this venue! Mine is stuck at downloading Zero-G Pizzeria and won't proceed

I have it moderately upgraded with the auto chef, but always use a prep kitchen recipe because...why not? I've been able to get 5 stars without crazy upgrades on all except season 1 level 15 (I'm about half way through season 2)
