Cafes not loading?

Most of my cafes are not loading updates. They say 0% and the Mardi Gras one says 100% but goes no further. I've tried restarting my iPad and the game itself. Need some suggestions, thanks!

I'm not sure if this is the same thing that happened to me in December. I posted below about it. All my resturants (cafes) were stuck on downloading and I had a great internet connection. I tried everything I could think of and customer service never responded to me. This is what worked for me. I had gotten a new ipad, before I transferred my apps, I turned back the clock, basically using a saved version of the app from about 2 days before. When I installed it on the new ipad, cooking dash worked fine. The only small issue was that by turning it back 2 days I lost a little gold and one café was locked that I had unlocked. I know others have had this same issue and one person used an old device and transferred the apps back and forth. Of course this is at your own risk, because glu always warns uninstalling and reinstalling can cause you to lose everything. I was ok with risking it because I just had games on my ipad and another glu app Gordon ramsey dash was not working right and it fixed both. I wish glu would help with these type of serious issues. I hope that your cooking dash gets working again.

This very thing is happening to me after my game updated yesterday. I emailed technical support so if I hear of another solution I'll definitely post unfortunately I don't have a backup game I hope I find a solution soon I was so highly addicted to this game

Ok so I found the solution finally after downloading and reinstalling several times, first my game is connected to Facebook which is sort of like a backup since it saves your progress. I went into the app and cleared the cache and all the data. After I put the game on again I was taken back to the very first level. U have to play the first level and it's fine because it's just a mini tutorial anyway ,after that is finished u have the option to connect back to Facebook and your progress will be restored which got my restaurants loading again! Yay! I hope this can help someone with this very frustrating and annoying problem.
