Restaurant Favorites, Please Help

I'm currently trying to five star ever level in Table Steaks. I have one left, but I am unsure which VIP member loves this one the most. Does anyone have a full list of all their faves, for future help as well?

I'm currently stuck on Table Steaks- Party Fowl- Season 4- level 10. It's the last to be 5 starred.

on the prep kitchen if you click on a recipe a tab with information will open. on the bottom left of the tab you see what is the favorite restaurant of that VIP recipe.
